So Luna Eclipsed made me realize that I never draw Luna.Drawing Luna made me realize I’m terrible at drawing Luna and honestly think I’d be better off drawing her differently.I tried to keep in a few of the things that separated her design from the other ponies (proportions, square face, small thighs, etc), but a lot of it didn’t seem to translate well or at least as well as I thought it would. (EDIT: I forgot to mention that the two Lunas with the square jaw are my attempt at on model Luna.) Anyways, I’d hate to draw off model if it means sacrificing a well done design. I’ll try doing some character studies in character to see if I can get the design to fit her personality. In the meantime (and please be honest; you won’t hurt my feelings) what do you guys think?
